DIY Marbled Clay Earrings
These earrings are really quick and fun to make, and you can use any color you want. I like how simple they look because you can where them with more stuff. You can also make different sizes very easily. They are made from polymer clay.
1. Choose 2-5 colors for your earrings. The colors do mix some, so beware of using contrasting colors. I am using pink, white, and purple for this pair. I took equal amounts of white and pink, but less purple because I didn't want it to be the main color.2. Roll your clay out into long snakes. Make sure they are all the same length.3. Twist the clay together. Then roll it again so they are pressed together.
4. Twist it again in different ways and roll together again. Repeat a few times to make it more mixed, but not to much that they become one color.5. When you feel the clay is mixed enough, split it into two equal amounts. Roll them into balls.6. Press both balls flat. Make sure they are the same size and even circles.7. Use a piece of wire to make a hole in the clay. You can do it the direction I did, or do it through the long way. 8. Bake the clay.
Your earrings are finished! Experiment with different colors, shapes, and sizes to make different styles of earrings. I made space earrings by using dark purple and black clay, and then adding white dots with clay to be stars.
