DIY Mini Books

Books make great additions to any room. Just leaving one on a table can make it look a lot more realistic. These books are super easy to make so you could make enough for a whole bookshelf!

Take a piece of cardboard. Cut a rectangle the size you want the book to be, and then make more the same size.

Glue them on top of eachother to make it thicker. Depending on the thickness of the cardboard, you will need different amount of pieces. Use a regular glue stick for all the glueing in this project.
Using regular paper, cut a strip the same width as your cardboard.
Glue one side of the cardboard on the strip.
Fold over the paper and glue it down on the other side.
Cut off the excess paper so it lines up with the cardboard.
Add details and coloring to make your books look different from eachother. I mean, who would have five copies of the same book?
Use popsicle sticks to make a bookshelf to store the books. Enjoy your new reading material!
