DIY Small Felt Donut
You could make this donut without any loops or anything like I did, or you could add one to make it a keychain, or an ornament. If you don't, you could use it as a toy for a doll, its the right size. You don't need a pattern to make this, but it can be really helpful to trace a circle. Change the color of the pink frosting to make your favorite flavor. You could also add random colorful stitches to make sprinkles.
First cut out these shapes. I made the hole for my donut too big. The hole does not need to be very big. The pink peice should fit on the brown ones, but the outside should be a little smaller and not a perfect circle.Next, sew the outside of the pink piece on one of the brown pieces. Make sure the holes line up the whole time. Now line up the other brown circle underneath those ones. Sew all three layers together on the inside.Sew around the outside, adding in stuffing as you go. If you want a loop for a keychain, fold a ribbon in half to make a loop and sew it in now.You might have to get a real donut after making this one...
