Sorry I haven't posted for a few weeks, but I am trying to get back into it with this one. I actually took the photographs for this project months ago, in the fall, but never got around to writing the instructions.  I always like having bookmarks around to grab whenever I am reading something. These bookmarks are a quick, versatile project, as you can change the design to fit your style. I love the natural fall colors I used on mine, but you could completly change it by coloring it differently or using a thicker pen. Play around with different styles! You can also use the same drawing style to make a card or decoration instead of a bookmark.   Sheets is a fantastic, original graphic novel by Brenna Thummler. I loved the art so much, especially the backgrounds. It was very colorful and pretty, and the characters' poses conveyed a lot of emotion. I really liked the mix of fantasy and realism, and how the ghosts worked. The sequel, Delicates, was also very good and worth checking out. Marjorie Glatt, a thirteen year old girl, has been running the family's laundromat since her mother died. Marjorie is struggling to run the laundromat along with school, and it doesn't help that Mr. Saubertuck is trying to buy it from her, and will do whatever it takes, including sabatoge and blackmail, to take it. Wendell, a ghost, ends up in Marjorie's laundromat after wandering out of the ghost world, but what could that mean for her buisness?
